Your Nintendo Switch Just Got Added Stability
Author: Sam Tree | Posted: 16 May 2017, 07:58

Like the Nintendo 3DS before it, the Nintendo Switch has received another stability update. The new firmware upgrade brings the hybrid console up to version 2.3.0 and adds nothing new or exciting.

Considering the console has been out for two months now, we’d have though Nintendo would be quick off the bat to add new functionality to the Switch, especially if they want to keep seeing the positive momentum the console has been enjoying since it’s March 3rd launch. Alas, today’s update only adds more stability to the console.

Improvements Included in Version 2.3.0
  • General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience

Hopefully it won’t be too long before we start seeing new features being added. Chat functionality and video sharing are high on my list. What features would you like to see added to the Switch? Let us know in the comments.
