Valve has confirmed that they will be removing Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD from the Steam store for good next week.

Confirmed via their news portal, Valve has advised that the game will be retired from the Steam store as of the 17th of July this year. Up until then, the game is currently enjoying 80% off.

There’s no reason as to why the game is being pulled, but many think it could be due to an expiring music license. It’s not unusual for a company to not want to renew a license on an older game, just look at Alan Wake. It is also not confirmed if the PlayStation or Xbox versions of the game will also be removed from their respective stores.
