Life is Strange: Before the Storm is the latest instalment of the episodic graphic adventure series developed by Dontnod Entertainment and published by Square Enix running on the Unreal 3 engine.

I really like the look of the concept here especially the mechanic of rewinding time which enables the player to redo any action that has been taken. If you’re anything like me as a gamer then this is a very welcomed addition to progressive story based gaming.

The promise of rich story and charter development has me foaming at the mouth to play this, not to mention it looks pretty stunning I’m sure you’ll agree?

What the publisher says about the upcoming epic:

LIFE IS STRANGE: BEFORE THE STORM is set in Arcadia Bay, three years before the events of the first game in the series. Players will take on the role of a rebellious 16-year-old Chloe Price who forms an unlikely friendship with Rachel Amber; a beautiful and popular girl destined for success. When Rachel’s world is turned upside down by a family secret, it takes this new-found alliance to give each other the strength to overcome their demons.

The first of three episodes of Life is Strange: Before the Storm is entitled ‘Awake’ and will release on 31st August 2017 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC (Steam).
