The Hieroglyphics in Assassin's Creed: Origins Might Be the Funniest Part of the Series

Assassin’s Creed: Origins looks like it is going to be the much-needed refresh for the series and to top it all off, Ubisoft has injected a little dark humour with its newest trailer.

Unless you can read ancient hieroglyphics it’s unlikely that you’ll know what they really mean. After thousands of years, a little of the message must have been lost in translation, right? Though in all honesty, how do we know the ancients were being so serious at the time? Ubisoft’s take is pretty funny. Check it out below.

Assassin’s Creed: Origins is making its way to the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on the 27th of October 2017 and sees Bayek, the original Assassin take on the corrupt leaders of the Ancient World of Egypt.
