Assassin's Creed: Rogue Remastered Announced

Not shy of a remaster, Ubisoft has confirmed that Assassin’s Creed: Rogue Remastered will be coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in March this year, meaning all but the very first game in the series are now playable on this generation of consoles.
Originally released alongside Assassin’s Creed Unity back in 2014 for the then waning console generation of PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, Assassin’s Creed Rogue sees assassin Shay Patrick Cormac turn on his brotherhood as he becomes part oft he Templar Order.
The remastered version of the 2014 game will be available on the 20th of March and will come bundled with all DLC from the original game which includes two bonus missions (The Armor of Sir Gunn Quest and The Siege of Fort de Sable), as well as the Master Templar and Explorer packs, which contain weapons, customisation items and special outfits, including Bayek’s legacy outfit from Assassin’s Creed Origins.
Assassin’s Creed: Rogue Remastered has been worked on by Ubisoft Sofia, the studio that developed the original game. The remaster gives the game a 4K upgrade to take advantage of the extra power of PlayStation4 Pro and Xbox One X. Ubisoft has confirmed that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will still run the game at crips 1080p.
