Hacker Team Teases Linux on Nintendo Switch

It looks like advancements have been made on getting the Nintendo Switch to boot unsigned code. The team of hackers known as fail0verflow Tweeted an image showing Linux running on Nintendo’s latest hardware.

While the team hasn’t posted any further information about the hack, it’s clear that they’re making some headway with opening the console to other software.

I’m surprised that the Switch has been hacked so quickly. I only hope that this paves the way for legitimate homebrew and not potential piracy which could kill the console off early. What do you think? Let us know in the comments section below.
