Following a brief tease on social media, Warner Bros Interactive has announced the latest instalment in the Hitman franchise, with the imaginatively titled Hitman 2 coming to major platforms later this year.

The announcement was made with not one, but two trailers – the first showing the stealth series’ range of creative methods of bumping off your target, with Agent 47 taking out a race car driver in a variety of ways, from sabotaging the car to long-range sniping:

The second trailer showcases Hitman 2’s online co-op mode, dubbed Sniper Assassin Mode, which always players to buddy up and take down multiple targets as part of a larger mission. Pre-ordering Hitman 2 gives instant access to Sniper Assassin Mode right now:

Hitman 2 is due to be released on 13th November for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
