Could Spyro Be Landing on the Nintendo Switch and PC?

For a very brief moment, it looked as if the purple dragon would be coming to the PC and Nintendo Switch.

For the moment the only confirmed platforms that Spyro: Reignited Trilogy will be making its way to are the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The remaster of the original three games has not had any further release announcements and is due out in September.

However, it looks as if Activision may have let the cat out of the bag, as last night the Nintendo Switch and PC were listed as pre-order options on the official Spyro website. (See below). It’s very possible that this could have been a simple mistake ma2de by an over-excited Activision employee clicking one too many tick boxes in the site’s backend – or – it could be a great way for Activision to drum up excitement for the as-of-yet unannounced titles. Until someone from Activision says otherwise, we’ll have to treat this as a rumour.

Either way, we can’t wait to have a go on the remastered games. What are your thoughts? Let us know in the comments section below.
