Deep Silver and 4A Games today confirmed that a fan requested feature will be available from day one in MEtro Exodus.
Releasing on the 15th of March, Metro Exodus will also feature a photo mode from the get-go, allowing players to capture their favourite moments to share.
Metro Exodus sees players surviving in the ruins of Moscow in the year 2066 after a nuclear war devastated the world. Inspired by the novels of Dmitry Glukhovsky players will be able to explore the wilderness in a non-linear and thrilling story.
“Photo Mode has been one of the most requested features from the Metro community,” said Jon Bloch, Executive Producer at 4A Games. “They’re relatively rare in 1st person shooters, but the team have been determined to make it work and give Metro fans the opportunity to capture their own stories from the Russian wastelands.”
The photo mode will be available to all platforms while PC players will also benefit from NVIDIA’s proprietary screenshot technology, Ansel.
Metro Exodus is due for release on the 15th of March 2019 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Check back tomorrow as Deep Silver has promised to release a story trailer.
